Forgot to check-in or check-out
Sometimes checking in or out doesn't go well. For example, because you forget to check out. Don't worry, we explain what you can do in your situation.
You can still check out at a barrier or pole up to 6 hours after checking in. To do so, scan your pass at the check-out side of the gates.
If you are unable to check out, you will have to pay a standard fare for your journey. We call this a correction or boarding fee.
Did you pay too much? Then you can ask for a refund. This can be done up to 3 times a year. How you checked in will determine how your refund is claimed.
